Lee Chae-yeon Reveals Anecdote While Drinking With Red Velvet’s Seulgi, “My Hair Caught Fire”

Lee Chae-yeon guessed on SBS’s PowerFM “Cultwo Show” broadcast on July 14th and revealed her whereabouts amid busy schedules.
Making her comeback with the third mini album “SHOWDOWN” and the title song “Don’t”, Lee Chae-yeon held her first solo fanmeeting with to meet Chaerish (Chaeyeon’s fandom) and joined SBS’s entertainment program “Kick A Goal”.

Revealing that she participated in writing the lyrics and creating the choreography of her new song, said, “I suggested the choreography of cutting the phone line and reactions were good. Some even commented, ‘I feel like seeing legendary dancer Kim Wan-sun’, ‘it keeps ringing in my ears’”.
In addition, Lee Chae-yeon mentioned the YouTube channel “studio USOG” where she’s hosting the content “Inssadong Sulzzi’. She said, “The purpose of the show is to make a drinking party where people who don’t drink can enjoy too. I want it to be fun and I can’t stand the silence”.

She continued, “My alcohol tolerance is 1 bottle of wine. If I drink it little by little while chatting, it can take over 5 hours to finish a bottle”. Telling an anecdote from the drinking content, Lee Chae-yeon mentioned the story of when her hair caught fire while she was trying to look at the menu in a dark store. Upon hearing the story, Red Velvet’s Seulgi, who was sitting next to Chae-yeon, casually brushed Lee Chae-yeon’s hair and commented, “This is how people die”.
When asked about the kind of song she wants to perform with her younger sister ITZY’s Chaeryeong, Lee Chae-yeon chose “VALENTI” by BoA. She explained, “We need a song that gives off a great impact from the intro”.
